Converts stock hydraulic lifter to 1948 '52 style adjustable solid lifter. Includes all parts needed for converting to solid lifters: four non adjustable steel pushrods and four adjustable lifter inserts to replace the stock hydraulic units. Includes adapters for converting 1953 ' 84 style hydraulic lifters to adjustable solids.
