A fine mint positional block of four with original gum (three of the stamps are unmounted mint). Very attractive and scarce in this ideal positional form. Only a maximum of 1,974 possible. This definitive issue first released in 1922 was designed by the St Helena born Postmaster Thomas R. Bruce. It was
