All bearings rotate freely with no excessive play but do feel somewhat dry gritty, and will likely need to be either greased or replaced before installed for optimal performance. Cosmetically has some scuffs and scratches, and is not perfect. All threaded holes are fully intact. Removed from a running riding machine, and can be ran as is.
