The estate was built between the late 1960s and early 1970s as a post war modernist vision of living. The estate was made famous as the backdrop for Stanley Kubricks controversial film A Clockwork Orange (1971). After falling into serious disrepair the area and buildings are now undergoing major regeneration. Print size : A2
