Jean Chartron Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2022 750MLA riper and slightly exotic nose features notes of orange peel, white peach, anise and poached pear. There is outstanding volume to the powerful and muscular large scaled flavors that brim with dry extract that imparts a sappy texture to the mouth coating finish that is also supported by citrus tinged acidity. This too is really quite impressive and a wine that will require at least some patience.
