Big Branch Marsh - Boy Scout Road - SunsetI had painted this same scene two weeks prior in the morning, knew that it would make a wonderful sunset painting. I set up vertically instead of horizontally so I could include more of the sky, and got to work. Once the basic drawing was in, and I had my composition set, all I had to do was wait for the sun to approach the horizon. What a beautiful spot to paint.
