Carbon ChairLaunched in 2004 for Dutch manufacturer Moooi, the iconic Carbon Chair was a collaboration between Dutch designers Marcel Wanders and Bertjan Pot and an exercise in material experimentation. Paying tribute to the Eames Plastic Chairs designed in 1950 by Charles and Ray Eames, the Carbon Chair, or 'carbon copy', is made from hand coiled black carbon fibre and epoxy resin resulting in a chair that is super light and super strong. The woven seat and
