Peruvian Frazada in Rayas de HieloIThis frazada was handmade by a 34 year old artisans in the Andean highlands of the Cusco Region of Peru. This frazada's colors hold specific meaning to the artisan who chose the colors to indicate "hail" or when rain falls in the form of ice in the high mountain pueblos of the Andes.
