We Love Our Employeeshe photographs in this book are part of the photographer Alberto Flores Varela's archive and most of them were taken at the request of the Cuauhtmoc y Famosa Society, an institution created in 1918 by Cervecera Cuauhtmoc, founder of the modern Monterrey. It should be remembered that the context of those years was one of revolution. The business elite was totally threatened by the addition of labor rights contained in the new constitution of 1917, and
