Citrus × latifolia – LimeCitrus latifolia, commonly grown as Persian or Tahiti lime, is an evergreen citrus with smooth green fruit, aromatic leaves and pale scented flowers. Its upright, branching habit can be shaped with pruning for a clear, open crown in very bright, warm positions. Grow it in a free draining citrus mix, water deeply before allowing the surface to dry slightly and move it under protection before nights drop below about 10C.
